About Kelli

Hi, I’m Kelli Ann Robertson - a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Mid-Life Success Strategist.

I work with women navigating change, wondering what comes next, or realizing they’d like more room for themselves in their own lives. I have a soft spot for introverts, self-described late bloomers, and women who have spent years tending to everyone else’s needs.

I’ve had my own “What now?” moments

For years, I had experiences I loved - travel, time with family and friends, books, and the outdoors. But alongside those good moments, I often felt like I was going through the motions. I put a lot of energy into helping others and much less into myself.

At 40, I was convinced I was past my expiration date. There were pity parties. They were exhausting.

Eventually, I decided to give my own life and possibilities some attention. That decision set changes in motion. Over time, I met and married the right man for me, built a business doing work I love, and became a mother.

Your story will look different from mine. But if you’re wondering whether it’s too late to make a change or want something more, I understand that feeling.

What working with me is like

I’m down-to-earth, curious, and honest, and I bring a sense of humor to our conversations. My clients have described me as intuitive, caring, bold, and willing to ask the questions that help them see things differently.

I coach the whole person, including what matters to you and what shapes your choices. We’ll look at what you want to do, why it matters, and what might be getting in the way.

You bring your experience and your own answers - even when those answers aren’t clear yet. I bring thoughtful questions, fresh perspectives, practical tools, and partnership as you figure things out and put your discoveries into action.

How I came to coaching

In 2009, I left the business world and enrolled in the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active coaching program. I loved the work and continued with six additional months of intensive training to earn my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential.

I continue to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Confidentiality and personal integrity are central to how I work, and I am committed to following the International Coaching Federation’s ethical standards.
